I currently ship within the United States.

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Delivery timelines vary by location, and once the package has been scanned by the carrier, transit timing is outside of my control — but I will always help if something goes wrong.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, I will work with the carrier to file a claim.
Replacements or refunds are issued based on the outcome of that claim.

Fine art prints shipping

All prints are made to order and produced in a professional fine-art print studio using archival inks and museum-quality materials.

  • Production: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage

  • Delivery: Usually 2–5 business days after production

Canvas & Original Artwork Shipping

Stretched canvases and original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece is wrapped in protective padding and shipped in a rigid box designed for artwork transport.

  • Shipping: UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver

  • Delivery: Usually 2–5 business days, depending on distance for destination​​

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement.
Please message me to schedule a pickup time and location.
Please inspect your piece at pickup — all sales are final once the artwork is accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because each artwork and print is created, handled, and packaged with care, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Size or scale selection issues

  • Color differences (screens can display color differently)

Please review your selection thoughtfully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

To help me assist you, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the artwork and the packaging

This documentation is required to file a claim with the carrier.

Once the claim is submitted, I will replace the piece or issue a refund based on the outcome of the claim.

Cancellations​

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, as long as production or shipping has not begun.
